When you book a tour with us you have direct access to the port. Don’t forget your booking voucher and an Official ID for your entry.

Our website has a catalogue of all the activities. Just click on the activity you want and the booking button. We recommend buying at least 3 days in advance to secure your place on the tour.

I don't want to leave the port, do you have tours inside the facility?
Yes! Port Pass is a tour consisting of three tours inside the port: Kakaw, Aviarius and Tequila.
Mayan Wellness Retreat is a relaxing retreat for cruisers looking for a holistic experience. It is located in the VIP section of the port.
I want to get to know Mahahual and its surroundings. Do you have tours that allow us to leave and arrive on time?
Sure! We have tours to Bacalar, Uchben Kah and Chacchoben Mayan Ruins. Meet them here.
Do all the services have ROUNDTRIP transportation?
Yes! However, some have a return trip in a prepaid taxi service, so visitors can enjoy their time at the destination more.
What do you mean by "prepaid taxi service"?
Prepaid taxi service is a facility for visitors to enjoy the amenities of their tour. Upon arrival at the tour site, the host will provide them with a bracelet that they can exchange for their return. We recommend ordering the service 1 hour / 45 minutes before your “All Aboard Time” to avoid any inconveniences or delays.
What should I bring to enjoy the tours?
We recommend that you bring comfortable clothing, sunglasses, biodegradable sunscreen, a hat, camera and extra money.
If your activity is aquatic, don’t forget to bring your bathing suit, towel and a change of clothes for your comfort.
What do you need for the motorized tours?
It is essential to bring a valid driver’s license.
To avoid injury, we recommend that you wear sneakers or any other closed and comfortable shoes.
What documents do I need to present for my tour in Costa Maya?

Do the tours have age restrictions?
Most of our tours are suitable for the whole family. However, there are some where small visitors are not allowed for their safety.

Do all tours have the same intensity?
Here is our tour clasification so you can choose the right one for you.
High: High adrenaline level tour. Mau involve motorized vehicles.
Moderate: May require use transportation and/or party integration activities (dance and dynamics).
Relax: These are tours located in the port or require minimum activity, are to rest and / or enjoy a beach club.
What tour do you recommend for people with limited mobility?
We recommend our beach club tours. Our favorites are Beach Escape with Open Bar and Uchben Kah Laguna Azul.
